Cancellation Policy

At Cooks Private Hire, we understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations can prevent us from accepting other bookings and may result in a cancellation charge.

- More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation charge.

- Less than 24 hours' notice: Up to 50% of the quoted fare may be charged.

- Less than 12 hours' notice or same-day cancellations: Up to 100% of the quoted fare may be charged.

- No-shows: The full quoted fare will be payable.

Corporate Account Customers: Corporate and account customers are also subject to this cancellation policy unless an alternative written agreement has been agreed in advance.
